Barrister's Fees

Advice from junior barrister in the region of £1,500 - £ 3,000 + VAT

Could be exceeded if the case becomes complicated and a more experienced barrister is instructed.

• From inception to and including the first hearing, a further £ 5,000 - £ 10,000 + VAT
• Up to and including the second hearing a further £ 10,000 - £ 20,000 + VAT
• Up to and including the final hearing a further £ 20,000 - £ 40,000 + VAT

This will not include the interim applications or applications for enforcement or appeals.
